Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Convrt Sheet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Convrt Sheet is a workout tracking web application that reads and writes data to Google Sheets you own or have access to. The Service provides a mobile-friendly interface for viewing your workout programming and recording training data such as RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) ratings.

3. Google Account Authorization

To use Convrt Sheet, you must sign in with a Google account and authorize the app to access specific Google services (Sheets, Drive file picker, and basic profile information). You can revoke this authorization at any time via your Google Account settings.

4. Access Control

Access to Convrt Sheet may be restricted at the discretion of the service operator. We reserve the right to grant, deny, or revoke access to any user at any time without prior notice. If your access is revoked, you will be notified when you next use the app.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
You are responsible for the data in your Google Sheets, including any changes made through Convrt Sheet.
You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its operation.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Convrt Sheet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data. Your workout data remains in your Google Sheets — we do not store it on our servers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data in your Google Sheets will not be affected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convrt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Convrt Sheet, including but not limited to loss of data in your Google Sheets.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Convrt Sheet at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Signing out will delete your authentication tokens from our servers.
